    Dog

Kirby has doubled his size since we got him. He has grown from a very very very cute dog to a cute dog. Once we started to clean up his accidental discharge and bear the pain of his biting, a very very very cut dog has become just a cute dog. Let's hope he'll stay cute forever because I cannot physically manage a big dog.

Besides the dirty work, Kirby is very good at dealing with strangers. He loves everyone who passes by and shows a great deal of affection. If we are to walk him without a leash, I believe he will go home with someone else. So far, 2 random stangers has offer to buy him.....well, I know Goldern Retriever is worth a lot of money, my mutt can pass that =P

    We have a BOYYY

This Saturday, we brought home Kirby Chiu, our brand new additional to the Chiu's clan. This 8-week old baby appeared to be the perfect puppy until he wore us out with barking and crying at the middle of the night, and releasing himself everywhere in the kitchen.

We got to spend time with Kirby for couple days and it seems like he's gotten a bit better with the barking part today. He's starting to know we don't play with him once he starts barking or crying. Tomorrow is going to be challenging since we'll be at work and he's going to be home alone for 8+ hours. We're crossing our fingers that he will not bark too loud since our building doesn't allow dogs...let's hope we'll be able to move soon after Kyle's sister comes in two weeks. Life can be chaotic when you do things in the wrong order...haha.

Oh and I forgot to mention...Sook, you're officially our son's Godmother. Now you have an excuse to to stop by because you need to spoil him!!

    LA/SD/LV

What a week. T&S arrived last Wednesday for vacation. I've been meaning to catch up on my sleep since school started but it's never going to happen in the next few months. BUT, it was all worth it when you get to hand out with your old friends. We went to SD on Saturday and LV on Sunday. Maggie, T&S all loved San Diego and we all don't mind living there if we can find good paying jobs and afford a house by the beach.

    one of my proud products

We ended the SD trip at Dick's Last Resort and we started the next day at LV....too bad Cheng and I were too sick to fully enjoy the complementary services at the Wynn. Thanks to Jason for the hospitality though.

Tony and Shelly left this morning and Patty arrived tonight. I need another weekend to recover already but life is too short that  too many things are happening. I am crossing my figures that I'll survive work and school this week.

    I am finally posting something

I just realized it's been a long time since I post a REAL update but this one will probably the only one you'll see until the Spring semester end. Or maybe not because Mr. Yang is coming next month.

The winter trip back to Hong Kong was priceless despite how much we paid for our plane tickets. It was hard to imagine my mom being so energetic after being in bed for over two months. God's work is mysterious and miraculous.

    Days in HK

    1.5 day in Macau.

The Venetian was HUGE; MGM Grand was NEW; and our hotel room in StartWorld was NICE.

    New Year's Eve

We went to our uncle's church's year-end dinner. I have to say it was the most fun-filled church event I've ever been to. They had a raffle draft and all the gifts were donated by church member. Our aunt got this "massage hand" which looks more like a Mickey Mouse hand...we had fun with it. And guess what, the grant price of the night is $3000 CASH. It makes you wonder the controversy it'll stir up if we do that in America...keke.

Then we went to the the plaza right by our hotel. It just so happened that one of the radio station was having a count-down event...and just so happened that my cousin was the event planner...and just so happened that the only 2 front rows seats were quite empty. I've never watched a show being so close to famous people...well, kind-of-famous new pop stars should be the category. Oh wells, somebody missed the fun.
